Q1: Are you factory or trading company?
A1: We are factory.
Q2: What is your MOQ? Can I mix up designs to meet the minimum quantity?
A2: Our MOQ is 50pcs for each custom design. New customers can start with 5pcs to check the quality.
Q3: What about the sample time and mass production lead time?
A3 : For sample time we need 5 - 7 days, mass production time we need 12-15 days (depending on the design and quantity)
Q4: I received the sample and found it is wrong. What should I do?
A4: If you provide wrong information and confirmed wrong artwork,then sorry you will afford to remake.If we made the sample wrong with the artwork,we will remake the sample for you freely.
Q5: Should I pay mold charge again once I reorder same design?
A5: No, you don‘t pay mold charge again when you place reorder,we will keep your mold in our factory for about 3~5years.
Q6: What is the payment terms?
A6: 30% deposit before place order and the balance before shipping,we will take photos and show you the details when the goods are ready.
