Sample Policy For Glass Pillars

In order to let you know more about our products, we can supply you the sample before you place the mass order to us, our sample policy for the crystal glass pillars as follows:
1, our own design samples: one piece small sample charge will be free in charge as long as you pay the freight.
2, customer own design, the sample charges will be according to the sample sizes and technique complex, in regular the sample charges will be 100USD ONE PIECE, not contain the freight. The sample charges can be refundable half when the order amount up to 1000USDs.

Disputeresolution for Crystal Glass Pillars

1, During production time, customer cancle the order, we will not return the deposit.
2, All of the logo, text word engraved or laserd must be approvaled by customer before production. We shall not be held responble if we done same as the samples after customer approval.
3, If there is any damage during the transportation, we will resend the same quantity products in free, but you need bear the freight.
Glass Pillars Install

Glass pillars are easy to install, because all of the polished crystal glass pillars are final products, so you just need use the stainless or imitate Jade base(plastic base) to install the glass pillars to the place where you want to put them to.
