PACKING

DAP is the most common and popular incoterm for samples, and you need to clear the custom by your self when the package arrived. there will be some charges by your country custom, the charges will be depended on your custom tax rates, but we can help write less value on the invoice if you have special requests.

A: For stock styles, yes, you can, If you haven't received the shipping notification, you can cancel this order by contacting Jack Yang, but you can not cancel if it is already sent out.
For custom design orders, no , you can ’ t, we will produce with best lead time to satisfy our customers, once the order placed which means all materials will be ready immediately. T he cancellation will generate huge loss, that is why we insist on the payment term 30% deposit, 70% balanced before shipping.
8, Q: What if I ordered the stock ones, but they can not wear when arrived as the size do not match?
A: Please pay much attention to the basic measurements for each stock styles before placing the order, as we are not retail selling, both customers and us should confirm together before sending to avoid such problems.
