1. Our CNC Router warranty term is 1 year for the whole cutting machine. If any question about CNC router, we will arrange techical check and reply you with fast technical guide and solution within 24 hours by email and web, Skype, pictures, videos !
2. Our machine use plywood packaging, meet export demand. We use Water-proof plastic film package with foam protection in each corner, solid seaworthy wood Box package with steel belt, save space as much as possible for container loading.
3. We can cooperate use EXW, FOB or CIF term.
4. Standard machine delivery time: 5-7 working days, for non-standard machines and customized machines according to client s specific requirements, it would be 7 to 10 working days.
5. After shipment, we will send documents to you, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.
