WHY CHOOSE US
Advantages
1. The inner formwork is fixed by the cross beam and the external formwork. The upper part uses jackscrews to adjust and fix the position of the inner formwork. The inner formwork is retracted and supported as a whole through hydraulic cylinders. It has a high degree of automation, shortens the construction period, and improves construction efficiency.
2. The outer formwork is connected to the hinge axis on the ground. Through the shoulder top and the support screw device, the outer formwork can be opened and closed as a whole. The operation is simple and greatly protects the U-beam from being scratched when lifting it.
3. Rubber strips are used to seal the outer formwork, inner formwork, and bottom formwork to prevent any leaks of slurry.
4. The vibrators are arranged crosswise inside and outside to enhance the compactness and appearance quality of the concrete.
