Principle

Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) oxygen generator uses molecular sieve as adsorbent. The principle of pressure adsorption and depressurization desorption is adopted to adsorb nitrogen from air, then produce oxygen gas.

Advantages
A unique lotus air distributor is installed at the bottom of the adsorber, which avoids the impact of high-pressure air flow on the molecular sieve and prolongs the service life of the molecular sieve. At the same time, the gas diffusion is uniform, which greatly improves the service efficiency of the molecular sieve and reduces the energy consumption.

Special air diffusion equipment is set inside the adsorption tower. Firstly, compressed air enters the neck with cyclone equipment, through the alumina ceramic ball specially used for diffusion (using the spherical shape and hardness of the ceramic ball), the gas flows in the shape of "s" during diffusion. Then, through the double-layer stainless steel wire mesh and the activated molecular sieve, it can fully contact with the carbon molecular sieve. which not only greatly reduces the impact force of gas on carbon molecular sieve, also makes the gas more uniform in the adsorption process, which is conducive to improving the oxygen production efficiency and the service life of the molecular sieve.
Advanced loading theold ensures the service life of the equipment
The molecular sieve is loaded by "Snowstorm" method, so that the distribution of carbon molecular sieve is uniform without dead angle, and it is not easy to be powdered;
the adsorption tower is equipped with multi-stage split gas distribution equipment and automatic compression equipment of molecular sieve cylinder. Ensure the adsorption performance and compression state of molecular sieve, and effectively extend the service life of carbon molecular sieve.
