Tieguanyin，also known as "Ti Kuan Yin", "Tit Kwun Yum", "Ti Kwan Yin", "Iron Buddha", "Iron Goddess Oolong", and "Tea of the Iron Bodhisattva", literally Iron Goddess of Mercy，is a variety of Chinese oolong tea that originated in the 19th century in Anxi, Fujian province. Tieguanyin produced in different areas of Anxi with different gastronomic characteristics.
When you taste Tie Guan Yin tea for the first time, it is hard to believe, for its strong aroma and deep aftertaste, as it with so rich taste and contains so many different unique natural flavors: flowery, fruity, honeying etc, just as an old saying goes: haven’t taste the flavor, smell the fragrance first.
