Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: 50pcs for each size. You can mix different size trampoline in one container. For example, you can mix 8ft,10ft, 14ft,16ft into 1x40HQ container.
Q: Do you accept OEM or ODM ?
A: Yes, your requirements can be customized completely.
Q: Do you have test report or relevant certification ?
A: We have TUV/ GS
Q: How to inspect quality before shipping ?
A: Every process can be double checked by our special QC, from raw material, design, molding, welding, sewing, assembly finished products and final packing before shipment. All of these can ensure the customers to get 100% qualified products.
Q: What is your Packing ?
A: One Trampoline packed into one or two or three cartons, It depends on the whole weight of the trampoline.
Usually we use 170gsm+170gsm brown carton, 5 layers, 80kgs people can stand on it after finishing packing.
Your logo and company info can be print on the surface of carton according to your requirement.
Q: What kind of Payment terms do you accept ?
A: We accept TT 30% deposit, 70% paid against the copy of B/L.
Normally we do FOB price, if you insist CIF, Please email us for negotiation.
Q: What is your Lead Time ?
A: Within 20-35days after getting deposit.
For urgent order, could be faster, please email us for negotiation.
Q: What is your Sample Time and can you provide the samples for free ?
A: Samples can be offered, but they are not free. 5-7days after getting the 100% advance of samples.
If you order with mass cargo later, the samples fee can be refundable.
Q: How is your factory production capability ?
A: One month - 25x40HQ containers.
Q: How to make an order ?
A: 1.Sample approval or Specification confirmation.
2.Client make 30% deposit after receiving our PI.
3.Final random inspection.
4.Arrange shipment.
5.We send the scan of documents and B/L to client in email.
6.Client check the scan and do the balance payment to us.
7.Quality warranty for at least 180days after arriving the warehouse of client.
