HPL panel, also named compact laminate panel, solid phenolic board. It’s made by the decorative paper impregnated with melamine resin, plus multi-layered black or brown kraft paper impregnated with phenolcafter layering and then repressed by the steel under
high temperature,high pressure environment.

Usage
THE HPL LAMINATE
The size can be cut into 610mm*1220mm,it is mainly used for sew machine table top.
Usually the surface of the hpl have the ruler design,the design of the ruler can produce as customer's request!
The thickness is usually 0.6mm thickness,0.7mm thickness ,the more the better ,but the price is higher.

The HPL LAMINATE FOR KITCHEN
The hpl laminate also called the compact hpl ,but the thickness usually is more than 1mm ,also two sides decor paper,and the size also is 1300mmx2800mm size ,and the thickess is usually is 1.8mm,1.9mm,2.0mm .
The thickness ,the size ,the decor mentioned above is usually for kitchen .
