This machine is mainly composed of a belt drive mechanism, a contact wheel (grinding wheel) system, a grinding head body, a support, a leg, a caster, an abrasive belt, a hand push rod and an electric control system. The electric motor directly transmits the power to the driving wheel, drives the belt to rotate at a high speed, tensions the belt through the tensioning mechanism, and grinds with the contact wheel.
