ICE CREAM MAKING METHOD WITH YDZ-30
1.You need to fill LN2 to this cylinder firstly. (We can provide you the professional instruction to fill liquid nitrogen to this cylinder)
2.Before making ice cream, you need to switch the ice cream blender firstly, making the blender mixing. And then open the discharging valve of cylinder, flowing liquid nitrogen to the ice cream blender.

you need to mix the ice cream powder while flowing the LN2)

As you have seen above, our self-pressure liquid nitrogen cylinder can be equipped with a standard 1.5-meter vacuum hose for transferring liquid nitrogen use; double safety valves for relieving pressure in the inner tank and protect the stability of tank; a release valve; a discharging valve; a pressure building valve for easily discharging liquid nitrogen; a pressure gauge.
Latest liquid nitrogen ice cream making machine
is equipped with 50-liter pressurized liquid nitrogen container ,a 2-meter transfer hose, a control equipment and a cabinet.
It's easy to operate the pressure and read the liquid nitrogen level in the container.
You can discharge liquid nitrogen through the liquid outlet valve on the cabinet .
