A1: MOQ 30 for bulk order. 1pc for sample checking is available.
Q2. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A2: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 7-12 workdays to arrive. Airline and sea shipping method with double custom clearance is also optional.
Q3. How to proceed an order for customized product?
A3: Firstly let us know your requirements of product design.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly we’ll confirm the sample design with customers.if all is ok,then the customer can place a order and arrange deposit payment.
Fourthly We arrange the mass production down after deposit payment.
Q4. Is it OK to emboss my logo on the cover?
A4: Yes,we provide engraving,gold folio,silver folio,debossed,UV,etc logo processing way.
Q5: How do you deal with the faulty?
A5: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, For defective batch products, we will resend them to you or we can discuss together about the resolution.

A6:15-30 days based on 500pcs after recieving the deposit payment.
