Products Description
Molecular Distillation/Short Path Distillation can separate liquid-liquid mixture under temperature that is far lower than boiling point by the difference of mean free path of molecules under high vacuum condition. Such separation is difficult or unable to achieve on normal distillation equipment. Molecular Distillation is especially suitable to separate substances of high boiling point, heat sensitive and easy to be oxidized.
FEATURE
1. Molecular distillation can be done under any temperature to achieve the component separation purpose if only there is a temperature difference (70~100℃) between the heating and cooling surface.
2. It is physical separation process which protects material from being polluted or changed during separation process.
3. It does not happen in molecular distillation due to it is a free evaporation of liquid surface which is not boiled yet.
4. SENCO MD applies magnetic driven structure to guarantee the sealing performance of whole system.
