Full SUS304 stainless steel industrial meat slicer machine beef cutting machine
* Cut meat roll thickness uniform, neatly arranged.the thickness adjustable as you need.
* The input meat height is 18cm(cutting height and method also can be customized made as requirement).
* Adopt PLC controller, automatic and simple operation. all functionsare used point switch, easy and fast.
* With urgent stop; equipped with a cover and infrared sensor device in the front of cutting knife; and sensor protective cover at feeding part. When theprotective cover is open, the cutter will automatically power off to stop running, The cutter can not run unless the security door was shut, double safety protection, to ensure safety.
* The blade is made of imported steel composite rolling (sharp, wear-resistant, long service life, neat and beautiful coil
shape).
Feature of Industrial meat slicer:
1) The Meat Slicer machine use servo, stepper motor drive to completely solve the problem of failure rate of mechanical.
2) Both the automatic pusher and feeder adopt double polished rods and lead screws. The main frame is made of gray iron precision casting, and groove welding, whole frame use HT450 precision casting and then heat treated and processed by a precision casting machine, the hole and shaft are closely matched, high strength, wear resistance and heat resistance, good shock absorption and runs without noise.
3) It can manufacture the whole machine with SUS304 Stainless steel.
4) The machine also can manufacture with the out conveyor, the length of conveyor is customized made as you needs.
