Product Description
GNS S211 ACRYLIC SEALANT is an one part, general purpose, water based acrylic sealant that cures to a flexible and tough rubber with good adhesion to porous surface without primer. Suitable for sealing and filling gaps or joints where low demands of elongation are required .
Typical Use:
Filling gaps in walls , balustrades ,sills.
Connecting joints in plasterboard
Small plaster repairs before painting.
Sealing around window and door frames
Sealing of aerated concrete
Sealing of low movement construction joints between brick , concrete ,timber
Application
Cut seal on top of cartridge. Screw on nozzle and cut the nozzle at 45°angle to the desired shape and size .For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking tape before application. Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins. Do not simply lay a bead on the surface as the sealant will not penetrate the joint under its own weight.
Limitation
Do not allow caulk to come in contact with solvent during cure.
Do not apply in exterior application if rain or freezing is expected within 24 hours.
Do not use on horizontal traffic bearing applications.
Do not use in immersed applications.
Apply caulk when the temperature is 4°C-49°C.
Maximum depth of caulk must not exceed 12mm;minimum depth 6mm.
Shelf Life
12 months from manufacture date when store in cool dry locations below 25°C, keep away from heat source and direct sunlight during storage.

Caution
Uncured silicone can irritate eyes and skin. If contact is made with eyes, flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Use in well ventilated area and keep out of reach for children.
