Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: JBD is the manufacturer of specialize in production aluminum profiles, aluminum windows & doors, curtain wall, sunroom. Our showroom and factory are located in Nanhai district, Foshan city, only 20 km far away from Guangzhou.
Q: Are there any problems with the glass inside? Having steam or going foggy?
A: Usually, we use 5mm+12A+5mm double tempered glass, you can take easy. We’ll use insulating glass special equipment to handle each product, no steam or going foggy between the double glasses.
Q: What kind of hardware will be used?
A: Standard: Germany origin brand HOPO, SIEGENIA, and China top brand. It depends on customer’s choice.
Q: Can you provide samples if i needed?
A: 1) We can provide complete set of the window or door for sample test based on customer’s drawing. We’ll charge the sample cost and express cost for first but will return it after confirm order and deposit.
2) We can provide a small angel of window or door for sample. Customer only has to afford the express cost.
Q: What’s your company trade term & payment term?
A: Normally we’ll use EXW, FOB, and CIF trade term. Payment term is 50% deposit to start mass production and 50% balance paid before loading by T/T and West Union.
Q: This is my first time buy from China, how can i buy? What’s your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is around 10 square meters, which is easy to meet builders, distributors and family decoration buyers require.
