Color Coated steel coil introduce:

Color-coated steel coils are named after being coated with organic coatings of various colors by the manufacturer in coils on the
continous production line, referred to as color-coated coils.
The product usually use hot-dip galvanized sheets(GL), hot-dip galvalume sheets(GL), electro-galvanized sheets, etc. as
substrates. After surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), one or several layers of organic
coatings are coated (roll coating) on the surface, and then A product that is baked, solidified or curing.
and then on composit organic film(PVC film, etc.), this step is is an optional.

Polyester (PE):

Good adhesion, rich colors, wide range in formability and outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance, and the price is
relatively cheap.

But the other degree of UV resistance and chalking resistance is relatively low. PE color coated steel can be used for the roof of
ordinary civil buildings.

Silicon modified polyester(SMP):

Good abrasion resistance and heat resistance, as well as good external durability and chalking resistance, gloss retention, general flexibility, and medium cost. the hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance of the coating film are good. and the cost is higher than the PE coating. Silicone is not as good as PE in terms of adhesion and processing formability to materials.

High Durability Polyester(HDP):

Excellent color retention and anti-ultraviolet performance, excellent outdoor durability and
anti-pulverization, good paint film adhesion, rich color, excellent cost performance. It is better than ordinary SMP coatings, and
its outdoor weather resistance reaches 16 years. Its flexibility and weather resistance are higher.

Polyvinylidene Fluoride(PVDF):

Excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability and chalking resistance,
excellent solvent resistance, good moldability, stain resistance, limited color, and high cost.

According to customer requirements, we can add formula in the paint to meet different usages.
