[Intended use]
GLOB Multi-Drug 5in 1 Test is a diagnostic, qualitative, lateral flow, immunochromatographic, urinary assay in a convenient one step multiple test strip format for rapid detection of drugs of abuse in human urine at cut- off levels specified by SAMHSA. Test strips include in the Glob Mulit-Drug 5 Test are for Amphetamine(AMP), Barbiturates(Bar), Benzodiazepines(BZO), Cocaine(COC),Methamphetamine(MET), Methadone(MTD), Phencyclidine(PCP), Tricyclic Antidepressants(TCA), Marijuana(THC), and Morphine(MOP). This test is designed to obtain a visual, qualitative result and intended for professional use only. It is not intended for quantitative results, not for over-the-counter sale.
[Usage]
Read the IFU completely before testing, allow the test device and specimens to equilibrate to room temperature (15～25℃) prior to testing.
Method :
1. Donor collects urine specimen in a urine cup.
2. Open the sealed pouch by tearing along the notch. Remove the test from the pouch and place it on a level surface.
3. Hold the sample dropper vertically, and add exactly three drops of the urine specimen into the sample well.
4. The result should be read at 5 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes. See the illustration below.
