Applicable Materials

For the bonding of decorative materials, such as PVC film, PVC-foam board, Aluminum plastic board and doors or windows of plastic profiles etc., especially suitable for the bonding of the latest decorative wood-plastic board.

Applicable Customers:

Lamination factory: for the bonding of PU, PVC and stick-resistant materials due to plasticizer.

Plastic door manufacturer: for laminating wood-grained paper on the surface of hard PVC plastic door jamb and board etc.

Methods of Application

1. The adhesive shall be generally applied to the surface of PVC wood-grained film by  scrape coating machine.

2. The layer of coating shall be even without accumulation or laciness of adhesive. The thickness of adhesive coating can be adjusted depending on the thickness of the film and ambient temperature properly.

Cautions:

1. For bonding PE foil PVC film to MDF,WPC,PVC SHEET. If EVA to PVC, EVA should be treated with EVA primer and dried before spreading the lamination adhesive (Item No.801).

2. The adhesive should be diluted with solvent for plastic door manufacturer.
