Product Description
Seedling starter trays are made up of foldable plastic material. There are cells (holes) throughout the trays. These cells should be filled with sowing medium like soil, cocopeat or sand. Depending on the type of plants, 2-3 seeds are sown in each cell. Trays are watered regularly as the seeds germinate. A seed tray is a gardening tool specifically designed to hold multiple seeds, starting from the germination stage, until the seedlings are ready for transplantation. Using such a tray ensures better nutrient availability for each seed, and eliminates the need for multiple plantings. Seed starting trays also help keep the seeds contained.
