Q1. What’s your MOQ?
A: Usually, factory asks MOQ 300pcs per model for customized watches, 100pcs per color,
Smaller order also acceptable for some models.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Lead time for stock samples is 3-5 working days;
Lead time for customized samples is 30-35 working days;
Lead time for bulk production is 40-45 working days;
Q3. What kinds of certificate do you have?
A: ROHS, CE, REACH or other certificates can be offered as your requirements.
Our factory have been passed ISO, BSCI, GJB certificates!
Q4. Is it OK to put my logo on the watches?
A: Yes.We can engrave your logo on the watch dial, case back, buckle, crown for free.
Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design and Engineer Drawing firstly.
Q5. What is your Warranty policy?
A: The ZEATOP warranty policy is automatically in effect upon purchase of any ZEATOP watches. ZEATOP grants a two (2) year warranty period on its watches (NOT INCLUDE: theft or loss,intentional damage,normal wear and tear or aging of the used materials,etc,.).The warranties guarantee the buyer that the products meet the standards of usability, reliability and durability.

A: Usually ship the watches by DHL, UPS, Fedex or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive you there.
