Production and Inspection
Aging test
The aging test is one of the most important quality control methods during production. We normally have 48 hours aging test before

Waterproof test
The finished product will be put into water for waterproof test after aging test. at this time, the lamp body is at high temperature. Waterproof test will stay 24 hours in water. After waterproof test, we will do second aging test.
Temperature test
It's easy to find those lighting fixtures of abnormal high temperature by professional infrared thermometer scanning. Then QC will take them out for further quality analysis.
