Q1:Why the colors of hair products don't seems exactly as the pictures show or description says?
A: Different monitor have different display. And every time, maybe the same order No. will a little color differentia. Please ask a
help from the hair dresser for the colors' code as the international color swatch says.
Q2: Can I dye/color the hair?
A: Only natural color can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. Blonde hair has
been bleached more so more caution must be taken. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the hair as you will get the
results you want, coloring them yourself always may ruin the wig.all other colors were dyed by us,so you can't dye again unless
you remove the colors we dyed on,but we colored hair permanent.If you can`t get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and
test a small sample first.
Q3: Can I wash & blow-dry the hair products?
A: You can wash them as you would your own Shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few
weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment/hair mask will
help keep them looking healthier and shiny for longer! You will find that you don`t need to wash your hair product too much, about
every 3 weeks. The hair can be blow dried on low setting, but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your
hair product dry naturally after washing them.
Q4: How long does it last?
This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of
it for it to last longer.
Q5.Is the hair virgin unprocessed?
A: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.
Q6: Why my hair extensions getting tangled?
A:It could be caused by dryness, oil&dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) your hair daily.
Washing & condition your hair around once or twice a week is suggested. You could go for consulting with your stylist.
Q7:How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?
A:Human hair has natural protein.It is easy to tell by burning and smell : When burning,human hair will be ash, which will go away
after pinching,and will smell foul, show white smoke.While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black
smoke. Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hair and split ends.It is normal and not a quality problem.
Q8 What type of hair care products should I use?
A:Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products or use products like gel and
hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your human hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.
Q9: The difference between the full lace wig and silk top full lace wig?
A:Hair is knotted underneath the silk base and are not visible. The hair is then injected through the material. The result is an
unbelievably real appearance of scalp with hair growing out of it. It adds a more natural look to the wig, especially when parting
the hair.
Q10. What is your Returns/Exchange policy?
A: All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. All hair must be in the original packaging with all labels still
attached. Disassemble or used bundles could not be returned or exchange.
