Every product has his own quality control system card, which record model NO., color, worker name, Q UALITY worker ’ s name, date each inspection result for each process. As long as each production process has the signature of quality worker , this process just can be considered as qualified. Then this product just can be conveyed to the next work flow.

Inflatable products inspection process:
STEP 1: Cutting worker inspect the raw material and all sizes as cutting. We will retum all the fabric with quality issue to supplier of material .
STEP 2:all the workers are working to assemble each piece together using the glue, because the worker will inspect their own production . As long as the production is qualified, The Worker will just sign the card.
STEP 3: worker uses soap water to test each seam and valve location if this is leaking after the workers finish repairing. As long as everywhere is no air leak, he just can sign on card.
STEP 4 :After installing transom, worker inspects each connection point and seam. Then they will sign it on the card for qualified products after inspection.
STEP 5 : worker inspects each seam on floor after installing the floor and sign it on the card with qualified products.
STEP 6 :Inspecting rubbing strakes and signed it on the card if this is qualified.
STEP 7 :Test each boat if this is water leaking sign on card if this boat is no water leak.
STEP 8 : Inspect each seam on everywhere before packing.
STEP 9 :Check every accessories before packing.
STEP 1 0 :Check each model, quantity with each order before putting into carton.
