Q2. How to place an order and get the products?

a. Mould making---Mould will be finished in 15-20 days after the payment of mould fee. Mould fee can be deduct from the payment for goods.
b. Sample confirmation---Sample will be sent out in 3 days after the mould is ready. UPS/TNT/FedEx/DHL etc. is needed for freight collect.
Q3. What is needed to OEM?
A3. We are like to supply the pattern design service.
· Printing file--- format PDF, CDR, AI, PSD is welcome.
· Bleed size: 3-5mm, >=300 dpi, Size: Length x Width x Height).
· The printing colors with PANTONE Number.
Q4. What about the payment policy?
A4. T/T 50% in advanced is the best bargain, balanced against copy of Bill of Lading. T/T & L/C was welcome too.
