1.How to defoam the bubble in glossy silicone ?

Print thinner layer to help bubble out;

Don’t heat too urgent, leave some time for leveling after printing finished;

Add 10% bubble-defoaming agent Dilutor to speed leveling.

2.How to improve adhesion between silicone and fabrics ?

Add enough catalyst to make complete cure during printing;

Test the adhesion for adhesion before bulk production;

Print our adhesive agent 1# first on waterproof fabrics to improve adhesion.

3.How to solve sticky surface of silicone printing ?

make sure catalyst added enough due to different weather and room temperature;

heat under curing temperature, usually under 100-120 degree;

avoid to add too much pigment or other additive agent in silicone, this would also affect curing.

4.How to solve color-migration on sublimation fabrics ?

Lower down heating temperature but longer heating time;

Using nature-cure series of printing silicone
