Coomcool WRP 3040

Coomcool WRP 3040 is a composite of silicone with a new structure. It has good hydrophobicity and air permeability, can be firmly attached to the surface of mineral materials, and is widely used in hydrophobic treatment of porous materials.
This product is substantially neutral pH value, containing no active hydrogen, the hydrogen does not occur.

Application

Suitable for hydrophobic treatment of light porous materials such as glass fiber, rock wool, vermiculite, perlite, ceramsite, and
artificial board.
Add according to the recommended ratio, the range of hydrophobicity: 99.7% - 99.9%.

Recommended Ratio

* 0.1% - 0.5% of rock wool dry weight

* Glass wool dry weight 0.2% - 0.6%

* Expanded perlite dry weight 0.3% - 1.0%

* Ceramsite dry weight 0.2% - 0.5%

It can be diluted with water at any ratio according to the hydrophobic requirements of specific products.
