Product Description
B1 grande Fireproof PU/PIR insulation cold storage room
Cold room is divided into high temperature cold room,medium temperature cold room,low temperature cold room ,quick freezing room,which consists of panel,condensing unit,evaporator,door,electric control box, ect.

0~+5 is suitable temperature for fruits and vegetable , egg , beer etc storage . In addition , Milk , flower , cheese etc also suitable to storage inside chiller room.

-18~-25 is suitable temperature for frozen fish , meat , chicken , ice cream etc storage . After blast freeze , then put the
frozen seafood or meat to freezer room to storage , keep the taste good.
Storage walk in cooler / walk in freezer , customized size and temperature, installed by PU / PIR panel with fire retardant.
PU cam lock pane l is suitable for small or medium size cold room / freezer.
PIR panel is suitable for big size cold room / freezer, like Logistics warehouse cold room, Slaughterhouse cold room e.t.c. Our automatic production line can produce more than 5000sqm of PIR panel per day.
Walk in glass door display cooler / freezer , suitable for foods/drinks/milks e.t.c display in supermarket.

We have PU insulation panel with cam locks, and PIR insulation panel.
PU panel with Color painted galvanized steel, Stainless Steel, Embossed Aluminum, PET galvanized steel surface.Density: about 42kg/m3
PIR panel can be with color painted galvanized steel or stainless steel surface.
Both With fire retardant, flame resistance standard: B1 or B2 for PU panel, B1 for PIR panel
Thickness for PU / PIR sandwich panel
We have 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm thick panel for PU / PIR panel, suitable for cold room / freezer room for different products storage.
Insulation cold room door

Refrigeration unit for cold room / freezer room
Due to the different specification of cold room/freezer, we will use split type unit, monoblock drop in unit for refrigeration. The compressor we use can be Copeland brand, Bitzer Brand, Emerson Brand e.t.c.
