CF ultra-high vacuum gate valves are made up of manual and pneumatic gate valves and the size from CF25 to CF50.
As a result, they can apply to the ultra-high vacuum equipment. The motivities of this series of valves are manual rotating handle, air cylinder driven by compressed air to push the link mechanism through driving rod, move along the axial with drivebody. The drive body was connected with the valve plate via pendulum rod and then realize the valves’ open and close action. Applicable medium can be air and non-corrosive gas.
2. Stainless steel for the valve body material, good rigidity overall, compact size, nice appearance.
3. Adopt the double guide bearing rollers, rollers mechanism with smooth movement, monolithic structure with symmetrical support.
