BJ 1000A YT YZ 1JK non-sparking single core explosion proof plug and socket

The 400A 600A 800A 1000A non-sparking single-core explosion-proof plug and socket

is used for connection between the mobile power station and cable, cable and load,

and is suitable for power supply of high current cables. The four single-core connectors

represent A, B, C, and N poles, respectively. The plug and socket housing are die-casted with aluminum alloy,

the contacts are silver plated, the wires are crimped, and they are quick-swappable, waterproof and dustproof,

and reliable. It complies with the standard of GB3836.8-2003 "Electrical equipment for explosive gas atmospheres,

part 8 n-type electrical equipment". The explosion-proof mark is: ExnA || T4, this series of products has passed

the inspection of the national designated explosion-proof electrical products quality supervision and inspection center,

and obtained the explosion-proof certificate.
The pin socket contacts are made of copper metal with good electrical conductivity and silver-plated D.L3Ag10.

The contact pieces are inserted with diameters of 400A- Φ 20 and 600A - Φ 24. Insertion force 5~10Kg.f, contact resistance:

less than or equal to 0.00010 Ω
The insulation between the contacts and the outer casing after assembly is greater than 100 (normal).

And withstand AC2800V 1 minute insulation dielectric strength test, no breakdown without flashover.
