Use operation
1. Roughen the bonding surface and remove rust, oil and grease. The joint design is best with socket.
2. Glue adjustment: The solid and liquid phases of various types of glue are adjusted according to the ratio of the technical index table, and it should be adjusted to a uniform and flowable paste. CPS copper oxide inorganic glue should not be excessively adjusted each time. It is best to adjust the glue on the containers (such as copper) that dissipate quickly.
3. Curing with glue
Apply (fill) the glue to the surface to be bonded (sealed), and apply a little contact pressure to cure it after assembly. If the
strength is not high and medium resistance is not required, it can be cured at room temperature. Otherwise, please follow the curing procedure of the technical specification table.
