1.Q: What is the floor of the workshop size?
A:Home use, p
ortable, free to use
2.Q:How is the after-sales service?
A:You can send us videos and pictures of the faulty machine, and our engineers will analyze it and provide relevant guidance
online. If the problem cannot be solved, we will send engineers to the local area to help you solve it.
3.Q:How many days to ship?
A:7 days.
4.How to use machine?
(1). Start the motor and keep the lubricating parts of the milking machine in good working condition. Before starting, check whether the power supply voltage matches the voltage required by the milking machine.
(2). Check the milking pressure, run it dry for 2-3 minutes after turning on the machine, and there should be no jamming and abnormal noise in all moving parts. Then turn the milk cup set upside down (that is, the connection ports of the milk collector face up and the mouth of the milk cup faces down), the pointer of the vacuum gauge should reach 0.04-0.044MPA, and when the vacuum is too high or too low, adjust the regulating valve (clockwise Rotate the vacuum to increase, and when it rotates counterclockwise, the vacuum decreases) to make it reach the required milking pressure before milking can be performed, which is very important in the operation of milking parts.
(3). Preparations before milking: Before milking, scrub with warm water, massage the nipples, squeeze the nipples one by one and spray milk 2-3 times, and confirm that there is no mastitis, then install the milk cup for milking. Milking machines do not cause breast disease, only when they are not hygienic or used improperly. Therefore, we must pay attention to: ① Do not express milk under excessive negative pressure; ② After the milk flow stops, press the milk collector by hand for 5-10 seconds, and immediately remove the milk cup.
(4). For the installation of milk cups, the milker should stand on one side of the goat and hold the milking cups upside down with his left hand (connecting pipes of the milk collector face up, and the mouth of the milk cups face down) and place them under the nipples one by one with his right hand. Put the mouth of the milk cup upwards (at the same time, bend the short tubes one by one to prevent the air from entering), quickly put it on the nipple, stretch the short tube, and the vacuum will start to suck the nipple.
(5). Control of milk flow: Milking should be carried out under normal working vacuum (generally no more than 0.044MPA). When the milk flow is small, the four breasts can be massaged by hand. Once the milk flow has stopped, the milk collector should be squeezed by hand for 5-10 seconds to continue expressing. Then hold the breast collector with one hand, press the mouth of the milk cup on the breast with the other hand, let the air enter, and quickly remove the milk cups one by one from different directions.
(6). Evacuate the milk cup. After the milking is over, the mouth of the milk collector should be facing down, and the mouth of the milk cup should be facing down, and the milk cup group should be hung on the hook of the handle to prepare for the milking of the next cow.
