2. Each welded heavy steel bracket is designed for two 4x4 treated columns and a 4x6 treated aft swing beam. These brackets include the wood screws and washers necessary to build the A-shaped pendants. Hardware screws and washers are included.
3. The brackets are pre-drilled and each steel bracket weighs about 10 pounds (4.3 kilograms) to provide maximum stability. Do not force the wood into the bracket. It should slide gently into the bracket with force. If your wood is still wet and"Swollen," it may form a tight fit in the stand. If your wood is dry, it will be easier to put the wood in the bracket. Once the bracket and screws are in place, the wood should fit snugly into the body.
