Photovoltaic panel cleaning equipment is a professional cleaning equipment designed, developed and manufactured by our company according to the special environment of my country's desert photovoltaic power plants. The main equipment consists of six systems: crawler walking system, power system, hydraulic system, remote control system, cleaning arm system, and cleaning roller brush.
Product Features
1. Crawler walking system: small rubber crawler and floating load-bearing wheel structure are used to adapt to various terrains and landforms, so that the cleaning platform is stable and balanced to the greatest extent.
2. Power system: Diesel engine power is used, so that the walking system and the cleaning roller brush system have enough power to work.
3. Hydraulic system: The advanced oil pump, valve body and valve block are used to transmit the power generated by the diesel engine to ensure the normal operation of the walking system and the roller brush system.
4. Remote control system: Advanced remote control products are adopted, so that the cleaning equipment can be operated and controlled by a single person and a long distance "fool-style".
5. Cleaning arm system: The cleaning arm has functions such as rotation, folding, secondary adjustment of the angle, control of the distance of the roller brush and control of the lifting and lowering of the roller brush.
6. Cleaning roller brush function: It adopts high-strength aluminum alloy frame structure, hydraulic power drive, and PVC nylon bristles are effectively attached to the surface of the component to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the component.
