l YGF-YL Series semi auto liquid filling machine is piston filler, the filling quantity is control by volume. It ’ s suitable for the small quantity filling, which is below 5000ml/g. More than 5000g, should use the Weighing Filler.
l This series machine is suitable for any liquid or low viscosity materials. It ’ s widely used in Food, beverage, cosmetics, aggro-chemical , pharmaceutic and the other industries.
1. Provide same function different cost item.
2. Machine construction is SUS 304, wet parts are SS316L,refuse low quality.
3. Pneumatic parts are authentic AIRTAC or FESTO. Reject fakes.
4. Can use one way valve or Actuator. Suitable for high corrosive or viscosity materials.
5. We have different models to suit the different filling volume from 10-5000ml.
6. Can use the long filling nozzle to avoid the foam.
