There are 3 layers in this tarpaulin.
The first layer is Kevlar fabric with high tearing strength and tensile strength.
The bottom layer is TPU. It is waterproof and airtight. The soft and elastic TPU layer is easy to be welded.
This waterproof and inflating TPU laminated Kevlar could be widely used in aiship, inflating boat, inflatable jacket, airbag… etc.
The application of TPU is as an environmental friendly replacement of PVC, so this TPU tarpaulin could be used in anywhere is using PVC tarpaulin.
Step1) Raw material inspection. All the basic fabric will be checked by quality inspector before manufacturing.
Step2) TPU laminated. During the mass production, our workers would pay attention to the product quality control all the time.
Step3) Package. When the workers package the finished fabric , they inspect every meter of the mass production.
Step4)Delivery.
50M/Roll+Hard paper pipe +EPE+ PE bags+woven bag+pallet, as per costumers' demand.
