Brass Thermostatic valve Installtion & Caution:

1. Red tag is hot water inlet, blue tag is cold water inlet.

2. After setting the temperature, when the water temperature or pressure change, the water temperature value in ±2 °C.

3. If the hot and cold water pressure is inconsistent, should be in the water inlet equipped with one-way check valve to prevent cold and hot water mix.

4. If cold & hot water differential pressure ratio more than 8:1 should be equipped with current limiting pressure reducing valve in the side of the greater pressure to ensure that the mixed water valve adjust properly.

5. In the selection and installation, please pay attention to the nominal pressure and mix water temperature range is consistent with product parameters.

Brass Thermostatic valve Application & Caution:

1. The water flow should open to the maximum when debugging.

2. The positive rotation direction is cooling down, reverse rotation direction is heating up. Please pay attention to adjust the direction from low temperature to high temperature direction to prevent burns when the first time adjustment.

3. The low temperature direction's end of the adjusting knob is turning off the hot water, high temperature's end is turning off the cold water. If hot water temperature is not high, you can turn off the cold water using hot water bath. But after using, it should be adjusted to the low temperature region, in order to avoid burns occur when using next time

4. If cold & hot water pressure is inconsistent, transfer the Thermostat button to the end of tne low temperature direction (Hot water closed state) after each use, maximum prevent the mixed hot & cold water.
