Shelter dome ask for a 50% deposit on confirming your order, and start manufacturing based on deposit receiving or schemadic confirmation which occurred latest.The remaining 50% when your order is ready to be shipped.

Shelter dome offer a 1-year warranty on the entire dome kits.

Absolutely, our domes are designed to be erected all year round and can withstand all weather conditions.
7.How long will a shelter dome last?
The lifespan of cover is 8-10 year and framework over 15 years for standing all-year-around.
8.What is the maximim wind rating and snow load for a Shelter dome?
Our domes can withstand a maximum windspeed of up to 75mph(snow-load as 30KGS/SQM). We also offer an up-rated frame which offers a maximum windspeed of up 115mph.
