1. Introduction:

An induction sealing machine applies to inductive thermal sealing of both plastic and glass containers. It creates hermetic seals to prevent leaks, preserve product freshness and provide tamper evident packaging. Nowadays, it has become an essential sealing device and been widely used in the packaging of pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, beverage, oil, cosmetics, pesticides, and other industries.

2. Working Principle:

An induction sealing machine seals the object by moving hand inductive head, after instant thermal melting, the compound foil and plastic film separates from backing material and will be tightly stuck onto opening of the sealing object.
