There are three card material options:

white PVC, transparent PVC and recycled PVC. Cards that made of transparent PVC material, it is so-called transparent PVC cards.

Basically, matt or frost finishing will be a preferrable and better choice. Both magnetic stripe and RFID chips are available for transparent card.

Card Size:

There are 2 standard sizes for ID cards, CR80 and CR50

CR80: 86*54*0.76mm (3 3/8*2 1/8”, thickness 30 mil)

CR50: 88.6*43.8*0.76mm (3 1/2*1 23/32”, thickness 30 mil)

Customized size is available

Magnetic stripe options :

1_ Low- coactivity (loco) at 300 Oe or 600 Oe

2_ High-coactivity (hico) at 2750 Oe or 4000 Oe

RFID chips options:

LF: 125 KHz; HF: 13.56 MHz; UHF: 860-960 MHz

Printing is key issue to meet client’s satisfactions. Therefore Nexqo prints cards strictly according to client’s layout. Keeping the consistency between printing effect and approved layout is always the priority to Nexqo.
