1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide sample for free. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to you designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc. We will make printing screen for your finalconfirmation based on technique.
6.Will you stick our label or as per our request?
We can stick label to bottle and lid, any other labels as per your demands.
7.Is small quantity is acceptable by your company?
It depends,if we have the goods in stock,can offer small quantity.You should double check with our sales.
8.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L.
9. How many colors are available?
We match colors with PANTONE Matching System. So you can just tell us the PANTONE color code you need . We will match the colors.Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
10.Which kinds of certificate would you have?
LFGB, etc.
