South Africa

10-15t/h chicken feed production line

South Africa project includes the steel structure of the main workshop, a 120*2 twin screw extrusion line, a 10 ton livestock and poultry line, a 165 single screw extrusion line, a 3 ton raw material extrusion line, with 4000T*2 silos.

The customer is very satisfied with the delivery cycle and quality of this project, which represents the highest delivery standard of feed engineering in South Africa and becomes another breakthrough model project in this region.

Iran

15~20t/h animal feed production line

MUFENG customized 15~20t/h full automatic feed pellet production line for Iran customer, this line include four sets of 350T steel silos system.

The line will be completed in October 2020. The capacity is 15~20t/h, It can produce different size feed pellet for different poultry animals.

Russia

20-25t/h animal feed production line

Russian factory covering an area of 7.25 hectares, the plant consists of three high quality lines for livestock and poultry pelleted feed with a capacity of 18T/H.

The design of the steel structure of the main workshop, the technology of the complete production line and the design of the layout of the plant were provided by MUFENG.

In order to expand production scale, improve market competitiveness, increase productivity and benefits, accelerated the implementation of new poultry chicken feed production machine for 3-4mm broiler feed.
On the basis of many previous friendly cooperation, the customers reached a new cooperation consensus with MUFENG to introduce professional and efficient 60~80t/h chicken feed production factory equipments. The project started in 2018, and completed.
