corn flakes/ breakfast cereals production line
processes ready-to-eat breakfast cereals with various recipes and shapes. From Mixing, extruding& cooking, flaking, toasting, coating, flexible and scalable, they are quickly modified to manufacture different products from directly expanded cereals and flakes, to co-extruded (filled) and bicolored cereals.

are corn, wheat, oats, rice, and other grains processed, cooked, and shaped by flaking, and puffing, Flaked products are usually toasted; Most traditional breakfast cereals are based on oats while corn holds the largest share of the ready-to-eat market.
Machine Details
By Adding the Flaking, Toasting System, we can make the corn flakes products.
Without flaking and toasting machine, we can make the breakfast cereals, choco cereals, rice crispy, fruit loops etc.
Same production line, we can do baked coated puffed snacks with mixer, extruder, drying and coating.
On the other hand, by adding normal drum seasoning machine , we also can do the powder seasoning puffed snacks.

, made of high strength and durable hard alloy steel, can make different types of products by combination screw; longer using time; different thread and shear section connection seamless; evolving type spline housing, strong bearing, and high assembling accuracy.
Square shape barrel
, locating pin connection, Machining accuracy high; bushing material: Cr12MoV, HRC value more than 60; no gap between barrel and bushing, face clean and smooth; the outer heating ring of the barrel has an independent aluminum silicate insulation layer to avoid heat loss and waste.
By changing the raw material recipe, the

can produce many different types of products such as cereal bars, granola bars, peanut candy bars, puffed rice bars, nougat bars etc. The shape of the cereal bars can be round, square, semi-circular and triangular.
