Product Description
Introduction to 13X Molecular Sieve
CHICO molecular sieve 13X molecular sieve is a synthetic zeolite with selective adsorption properties. It can deeply remove H2S and organic sulfur impurities contained in gas. The adsorption characteristics of molecular sieves are physical adsorption and no chemical reaction.
13X molecular sieve is the best adsorbent for desulfurization. The molecular sieve method has the advantages of no need for pre-alkaline washing, no pollution, and normal temperature adsorption. It can be regenerated at a temperature of about 300°C, saving costs and reducing infrastructure investment. Therefore, molecular sieves are widely used in LPG desulfurization.
CHICO13X zeolite molecular sieve can selectively adsorb CO2, CH4 and N2, and can be used for landfill gas purification, CO2 removal from natural gas, and CO2 removal from ambient air or flue gas flow.
Product Application
1. Gas, liquid paraffin (propane, butane) dehydration, and desulfurization (removal of H2S and mercaptan).;
2. LPG removal of mercaptans and hydrogensulfide from natural gas;
3. Deep drying of general gas (such as compressed air, permanent gases);
4. LPG ammonia synthesis gas drying, and purification, production of bulk oxygen in PSA units;
5. Liquefied petroleum gas desiccating process;
6. LPG removed CO2 in cracked gas, air plant feed purification (simultaneous removal of H2O and CO2);
7. Deodorant and removal of n-chained composition from aromatics; 8.Landfill gas purification (adsorb CO2, CH4 and N2); 9.CO2 removal from natural gas; 10.CO2 removal from ambient air or flue gas streams.

1.Packed in 25kg cartons, made of high-strength cardboard with high compressive strength and beautifully designed marks.
2.The packaging is lined with aluminum foil bags and multi-layer composite aluminum film paper, which has good sealing and is impermeable to light and water.
3.Packed in 150kg iron drums, the material is made of high-quality transparent steel plates, and each iron drum has undergone strict performance testing.
4.Packed in 140kg paper drums, made of high-strength kraft paper with good sealing performance, ensuring the quality of the product during long-distance transportation.

Dlivery:Exports generally use 20'GP or 40'GP containers. A 20' GP container can hold 600 cartons with a net weight of 15,000 kilograms; or 80 paper drums with a net weight of 11,200 kilograms; or 80 iron drums with a net weight of 12,000 kilograms. A 40' GP container can hold 1,000 kg cartons with a net weight of 25,000 kg; or 160 paper drums with a net weight of 22,400 kg; or 160 iron drums with a net weight of 24,000 kg.
