Packaging:
| Poly | Normally we get packaging instructions from the buyer. Other than we do make individual poly for pant items and standard packing for dress shirt. In the back side of poly, we use caution. |
| Carton | Carton is made with buyers requirements. But in the front and back side, normally we use printed details with buyer's name, color, size ratio, carton measurement, gross weight, net weight etc. |
Shipping:
| Sample shipping | For any new buyer and before any order confirmation, we usually ask sample sending cost from buyer account. But for our regular buyer, we send any sample parcel for approval with our cost. |
| Final Shipment | Normally our shipping term is FOB Chittagong. But sometimes we can accept CIF, it depends. For shipping, buyer normally contact with the shipping agent and negociate the shipping cost. But on behalf of buyer and request we can also contact the shipping agent to confirm the vassel schedule and cost. |

Ans: Normally we ask as minimum order quantity as 1000 pcs but again it depends on order and buyer perspective. But this so true that small quantity always ask high price.
2. What is your payment terms???
Ans: We accept TT and at sight L/C.
3. How long it takes to make a sample???
Ans: Normally it takes 7-10 days to complete but again it depends on fabric and accessories sourcing and buyers urgency.
4. Is the sample is free???
Ans: Yes, we make and provide sample at free of cost but for new buyer we ask shipping cost for first time.
