Q2: What kind of diesel generators you can supply?
A2: We can supply Cummins, Perkins, SDEC, Mitsubishi, Weichai,Xichai China brand engines and etc.
Q3: What is the power range of your generator sets?
A3: We can provide 3 KW to 4000KW, with a voltage range of 110V~15000V and frequencies of 50Hz and 60Hz.
Q3: Do you do a 100% test before shipping?
A3: We show the testing video of each product to our customers.
Q4: Can your diesel generator sets be customized?
A4: Our products can be your designed logo and package.
Q5: Is it all right to make a customer's own brand name?
A5: Sure. OEM and ODM are welcome. We have rich experiences and we can be your OEM manufacturer with your authorization of brand.
Q6: What are the payment terms you can accept?
A6: T/T, 30% deposit, 70% will be paid before delivery; or T/T, 30% deposit, 70% L/C at sight; or 100% L/C at sight.
Q7: What's the warranty time for diesel generators?
A7: 12 Months or 1000 working hours, whichever comes first. But based on some special projects, we can extend our warranty period.
