About packing
After many times test, we developed the safest method to pack the marble items, like the follow-wooden crate with plastic film inside .In case any damages incurred, please send us a claim with pictures attached as soon as possible (no later than 72hours). We will dispatch our carrier to do inspection. After necessary review/verification, the damage belongs to original defects or our packing fault , we will arrange to replacement parts for you.
About shipping:
1. Port of loading: mainly ship from Xingang port, China
2 .Shipping method: Express/Air freight/MLB/Sea/railway
3 .Freight: the shipping freight is depend on total weight and cube of the ordered item. We quoted the freight, the price directly from the shipping company.
4. Transportation time for different destination:
USA and Canada: about 30days
West European main port: about 27days
South America: about 40days

5. LCL and FCL, all it is ok.
1 If you don't have to pick it up from anywhere, Please give me your detailed address, I can give you door to door price which include sea freight and land transport.
2. Please send us you own design or photo or our website ID to us, You can give us your preference, for example, material preference, color preference, style or profile preference, quantities and required delivery time. If you don’t have any request, we will give you the reply according to our factory general size and color.
3. we will respond to your request within 2 or 24 hours with an itemized quote, including photo, unit weight, unit cube, unit price, total amount, freight charges, payment term, approximate delivery schedule and so on. We may contact you for clarifications or options during this period. Please carefully review our quote. Do not hesitate to call or email us if you have any questions or need any advices. Make necessary revisions.
4. Between us we will sign a Sales and Purchase Agreement. Depending on the terms of the deal, we may request a deposit payment before the order is produced or shipped. After the cargos leave the port, we will give you full set of documents by email or express.
