1, Warranty
- Shipping damage has to be reported within 5 business days of which the product was delivered.
- Defective/ Wrong Items - within the warranty period.
- Non-Defective Merchandise (10% restocking fee will be charged) - within 14 days of receipt.
- Warranty period: Default 2 years warranty (starting from the dispatch date) for all products, unless specified on the specific item pages. Buyer are responsible the resent shipping fee.
- Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances.
