Drainage  Hoses Pipe Production Process

To manufacture a hose, the specified compound for the inner tube is loaded into an extruder and a test run is made to check the material quality and tube thickness; 

When the specifications are met, the inner tube is extruded over a mandrel to ensure a precise inside hose diameter, cooled, coiled, inspected and prepped for the reinforcement stages. 

Reinforcing wire is spooled in our facilities, layer stock is compounded, processed and counted in our own plants and the fabric is loaded into a braiding machine and braided around the inner tube. The hose cover is then extruded right over the hose stock and the ley line is applied by the inkjet printer. The assembled hose is prepared for vulcanization or curing with either a smooth polymer shell or a tape wrap and is then vulcanized or cured in large pressurized steam-heated ovens. 

After curing, the temporary outer shell or tape is removed and the mandrel is blown out of the hose; it is then proof-tested and doubled its working pressure for 30 seconds before entering packaging operations in preparation for shipping. For specialized or severe applications, we also supply hose types finished with braided fabric, wire or stainless steel outer covers.
