Product Description
Roller chain is a power chain used for conveying machinery, and is an important type of chain transmission. It is widely used in industrial, agricultural machinery, animal husbandry and other mechanical equipment, including printing presses, automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, petroleum drilling, equipment drives, etc.
MCPT's short pitch roller chains are renowned for their high strength and fatigue resistance, with dimensions that fully comply with ANSI, ISO, and BS standards. They can be assembled into single, double, and multiple rows to suit the power and different configuration spaces being transmitted.
All roller chains of MCPT have undergone shot peening and pre tensioning processes, effectively improving the fatigue resistance of the product and reducing the elongation rate of the chain during use. We also provide food grade grease chains that meet customer requirements and meet food safety requirements.
Compared with belt drive, chain drive has no elastic sliding and can maintain accurate average transmission ratio, resulting in higher transmission efficiency; The chain does not require large tension, so the load on the shaft and bearings is relatively small; Not slipping, reliable transmission, strong overload capacity, able to work well under low speed and heavy load.
